Titans Workouts

The Harry Ainlay Football Program uses the latest training methods to improve football specific performance.  We use functional training techniquess that assist our athletes in increasing strength, speed, and agility to be the best players they can be.

Periodically we test our athletes, the following are activities that we test:
Bench Press (OL, DL, LBs, RBs)
Pushups (RECs, DBs, QBs)
T-Test (All)
Beep Test (LBs, RBs, QBs, RECs, DBs)
60 yard shuttle (OL, DL)
